Finally, a movement coaching that gets your hypermobile body
(and actually helps you feel better)
You've been told to "just strength train" or "stop stretching so much." But your body doesn't work like everyone else's.
If you have hypermobility, you already know: traditional physical therapy wasn't designed for you.
You've tried the standard exercises. You've been told you're "too flexible" or that you need to "stabilize." Maybe you've even been dismissed or told your pain is "just part of it."
But here's the truth: your hypermobile body needs a different approach—one that addresses pain first, respects your nervous system, and teaches you to move in ways that actually feel good.

I'm Dr. Christine Force
I'm a Physical Therapist with 16 years of experience working with people of all ages, and the proud owner of a bendy body.
As a PT specializing in the pelvic floor and hypermobile bodies, I've worked with countless people with hypermobility, EDS, and other chronic conditions who felt like no one truly understood what they were going through.
I created Beyond Bendy because I was tired of seeing people like us fall through the cracks of traditional PT. You deserve a program that meets you where you are, helps you manage pain, and empowers you to understand and trust your body again.
The Problem: Why Traditional Approaches Fall Short
Most movement programs for hypermobility jump straight to strength and stability work. But if you're in pain, disconnected from your body, or living in a dysregulated nervous system, strengthening alone won't help, and more often than not it actually makes things worse.
Beyond Bendy starts where you actually are and helps you to understand the why behind what you're feeling in your body. It validates your experiences and highlights how to approach movement and exercise in a way that feels empowering, not scary. It provides real pain relief strategies and nervous system tools to set you up for success.
