Christine offers comprehensive evaluation and treatment of conditions for women affected by pelvic floor dysfunction, chronic pain, and hypermobility related complaints. She offers in-clinic services in Martinsburg, WV and home based services within 15 miles of Greencastle, PA. Virtual PT is currently available for those residing in MD, VA, and WV. Additional states available with commitment to a full treatment package.

Treatment may include manual and soft tissue techniques, bio-feedback, nervous system education, proprioceptive training, mobility exercises, self-myofascial release techniques, self-meneagement training, nutrition education, and strength and stability training.

1:1 Deep Release Virtual Sessions

If you carry stress in your shoulders, jaw, hips, or low back, and stretching alone hasn't been enough to shift it, deep release sessions might be what's missing. We pair self myofascial release with a small selection of simple tools, with gentle mobility work to help tight, guarded tissue finally let go.

These sessions happen one-on-one, over video, wherever you are.

I'll guide you in real time through self myofascial release using accessible tools like a foam roller, tennis ball, or massage ball, targeting the areas holding the most tension for you. We follow that with gentle mobility work to help your body integrate the release, so the change doesn't just fade the moment you stand back up.

Every session is shaped around what your body needs that day. Some weeks that means a full-body reset. Other weeks we might spend the whole hour on one stubborn spot in your hip or shoulder.

Health Coaching

Not every struggle needs a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Sometimes what you need is a partner who helps you figure out what's actually going on, and what to do about it, at a pace that fits your real life.

That's what health coaching is. It's not physical therapy, and it's not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. It's a collaborative, client-led process built on the belief that you already have the insight and the strength to make meaningful change. My job is to help you access it.
